How to turn off from the Remote Computer

There is a small facility called SHUTCMD. EXE is included in the Windows NT Resource Kit that you can use to kill me or restart a local computer or the remote. You can turn off the local computer by running:


AAA SHUTCMD / L

To turn off the computer in jarinagn (Ã? SERVER1 is the name of the computer that you want to turn off):

AAA SHUTCMD \ SERVER1 / Y

To turn off the computer from a remote connected to the Internet (205.56.44.24 is the IP address of the computer is turned off):

AAA SHUTCMD \ 205.56.44.24 / Y
